Server Checklist (Open)

  • Clock In

  • If there are any boxes open them throw away cardboard and put them in correct place

  • Utility closet is organized ( let manager know of low stock items)

  • Make sure green trash cans outside are in the alleyway

  • Plug in orange cable to turn on sign

  • Turn on all lights

  • Make sure that all tvs are on 

  • Spot sweep the floors inside and out

  • Wipe down the tables (DJ Stand)

  • Clean glass doors and windows

  • Set up water station

  • Make sure bathrooms are fully clean and restock

  • Set up patio

  • Check reservations be aware of special request or double bookings

  • Check with bar and hookah if we have everything on the menu or if we need to 86 anything

  • Check if the chairs are sturdy

Server Checklist (Close)

  • Lock Front door

  • Turn off tvs 

  • Unplug off sign 

  • Whip glass on door down

  • Whip down and sanitize tables (inside and out), booths, and chairs

  • Take down water station and put water pitchers in dish washer

  • Take out trash! And spray out trash bins!  Replace trash bags

  • Wipe down and sanitize the bathrooms and take out trash in bathrooms and replace trash bags 

  • Sweep and mop floors.

  • Check with manager before clocking out

Bar Checklist (Open)

  • Clock In

  • Juice whats needs to be juiced (Lime, Lemons, Oranges)

  • Dehydrate what needs to be Dehydrated (Limes, Lemons, Oranges)

  • Make sure tablet is fully charged 

  • Check bar inventory restock if Needed

  • Make sure everything is labeled

  • Cut and prepare garnishes and other perishables

  • Prepare mixes and juices

  • Check all glasses are clean and crack free

  • Setup bar tools and equipment

  • Restock ice

  • Restock disposable items (napkins, straws, ect)

  • Make sure sinks are clean

  • Wipe down bar and stools check sturdiness of stools

  • Check chemical levels of dishwasher and change it out if needed

  • Make sure coolers are clean

  • No stickiness anywhere 

  • If there are boxes break down and toss 

  • If there’s any boxes that are unopened. Open them and put in correct area

  • Organize Liquor closet (No cardboard)

Bar Checklist (Close)

  • Break Down Well

  • Wipe Down Rails and Bottles

  • Refill Juice Bottles and Syrup

  • Wrap up Garnishes and store in fridge

  • Make sure all glassware is clean and stocked

  • Sweep and mop bar floors

  • Wipe down the fridges

  • Wipedown coolers

  • Empty and refill Ice Molds

  • EMPTY TRASH CANS CLEAN THEM OUT AND REPLACE TRASH BAGS

  • COVER and store all perishables in appropriate places, discard appropriately

  • Cover and store all mixes, juices, Sweets, Sours, ECT

  • Restock beer cooler 

  • Check With Manager before clocking out
